Hi ! I would like to know the scientific advances regarding scleroderma. Unfortunately i was diagnosed with it some months ago and had been treated to alleviate symtoms. Mainly for hardening of my fingers and some minor respiratory problems.

So, I would deeply appreciate if someone could be so kind in telling me about any new medical/scientific advances regarding scleroderma? A medical doctor suggested me a treatment with stem cells? Does anyone know about a good institution - preferably with experience in scleroderma - where i can get the stem cells treatment in the USA or Switzerland?
